We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. This helps us to know which pages are popular and allows us to change the content as necessary to better suit our visitors. We use your e-mail address to get back in touch with you when you contact us to help you locate a wildlife rehabiliator. If you signed up for the Weekly Squirrel Updates, your e-mail address is used to send you the updates.
When you send a Squirrel Greeting Card, the names and e-mail addresses are used for the sole purpose of notifying the person you are sending the card to and letting them know that you sent them the card.
When you sign up for the Free Web Based Email, the information required to sign up is not asked for by this site, but rather Zap Zone Network, which is hosting the email service for us. We do not have access to any of the information you provide and therefore will not be shared by us with anyone. We are offering this free service in hopes that people will use it and help spread the word, through a text ad at the bottom of each email sent, about helping injured and orphaned wildlife.
When you take the site survey, that information is not collected by Squirrel Wildlife Rehabilitation.
